Multi-Dimensional Health
through the four phases of metamorphosis
The butterfly effect rests on the notion that the world is deeply interconnected, such that one small occurrence can influence a much larger complex system. Acceptance of the interconnectedness between all dimensions of health — physical, mental, emotional, spiritual — is what brings sustainable transformation and change.

Egg:
Physical
State of body: Food, physical activity, genetics, presence or absence of disease
Your body is a divine vessel, the sacred home through which life, energy and spirit flow. When this vessel becomes clogged or imbalanced, it disrupts not only your physical well-being but also your ability to receive intuitive and divine guidance.
This stage is about honoring your body as your greatest messenger and guide. Together we’ll uncover your unique blueprint, exploring your genetics, impulses, instincts and desires, so you can begin transforming them to serve your highest expression.
This is where transformation begins — by returning to the body as your foundation and listening deeply to what it’s been trying to tell you all along.

Caterpillar:
Mental
State of mind: Beliefs, personal narrative, self-talk, relationship with stress and response to difficult situations

The mind is where transformation takes root. In this phase, we explore the power of your beliefs, the stories you tell yourself and the mental patterns that shape the world you experience.
I believe we have three brains — in the mind, the heart and the gut — and when these three centers are in harmony, your external reality becomes a reflection of your inner alignment. By bringing awareness to your mental narratives, you begin to direct your thoughts toward your highest good and move courageously toward change.
This is the initiation of metamorphosis, where awareness becomes the planted seed for transformation.

Cocoon:
Emotional
Ability to feel: Presence with emotions, ability to relate to others and yourself

In the cocoon, you have no choice but to turn inward and face your emotions as divine messengers. Here, you learn to hold your feelings with compassion, allowing them to move through rather than become stored within. The cocoon asks you to surrender to what is being reshaped.
It is here that the old dissolves to make room for the new. When emotions are felt, they become catalysts for transformation. When resisted, they stagnate and create dis-ease. This is the sacred fire of metamorphosis, where the courage to release, to be present, to feel becomes your greatest medicine to heal.
Within the cocoon, you prepare to emerge — lighter, clearer, freer.
