Multi-Dimensional Health

through the four phases of metamorphosis

The butterfly effect rests on the notion that the world is deeply interconnected, such that one small occurrence can influence a much larger complex system. Acceptance of the interconnectedness between all dimensions of health — physical, mental, emotional, spiritual — is what brings sustainable transformation and change.

Egg:
Physical

State of body: Food, physical activity, genetics, presence or absence of disease

Your body is a divine vessel, the sacred home through which life, energy and spirit flow. When this vessel becomes clogged or imbalanced, it disrupts not only your physical well-being but also your ability to receive intuitive and divine guidance.

Wherever you are in your journey, this stage invites you to return to the body as your foundation, honoring it as your greatest messenger and guide. Together, we’ll uncover your unique blueprint, exploring your genetics, impulses, instincts and desires, so you can begin transforming them to serve your highest expression.

This is an invitation to listen deeply to what your body has been communicating, allowing it to guide the path forward.

Caterpillar:
Mental

State of mind: Beliefs, personal narrative, self-talk, relationship with stress and response to difficult situations

The mind is where transformation takes root. In this phase, we explore the power of your beliefs, the stories you tell yourself and the mental patterns that shape the world you experience.

I believe we have three brains — in the mind, the heart and the gut — and when these three centers are in harmony, your external reality becomes a reflection of your inner alignment. By bringing awareness to your mental narratives, you begin to direct your thoughts toward new ways of being and move courageously toward change.

Wherever you meet this phase, it becomes a space of
curiousity, where awareness plants the seeds for transformation.

Cocoon:
Emotional

Ability to feel: Presence with emotions, ability to relate to others and yourself

In the cocoon, you are invited inward to meet your emotions as divine messengers. Here, you learn to hold your feelings with compassion, allowing them to move through rather than become stored within.

This space asks for surrender, not as a force, but as a softening. As emotions are felt, they become catalysts for transformation. When resisted, they may create dis-ease within the body.

Wherever you encounter this phase, it offers an opportunity to release, to feel and to create space for something new to take form.

Butterfly:
Spiritual

Condition of spirit: Feeling a sense of purpose, connection to and belief in something greater than yourself

Just as the monarch migrates home, this phase represents integration and embodiment of what has been experienced, felt and understood along your spiritual evolution.

Here, you reconnect with purpose, intuition and a deeper sense of alignment. Rather than a final destination, this phase is a returning and a remembering of who you are beneath it all.

Wherever you find yourself within this space, it becomes both a completion and a beginning of
metamorphosis, a continuation of your unfolding and the start of a new cycle of becoming.
