Cycle Syncing

through the four inner seasons of the menstrual cycle

Just as the four outer seasons reflect Mother Earth’s natural phases of growth, we move through four inner seasons within our menstrual cycle. Like the moon, we wax and wane, experiencing both light and shadow, renewal and release.

We are not separate from nature, we are the pulse of it.

Our menstrual cycle is a living reflection of this rhythm, guiding us through restoration, creation, expression and surrender. When we begin to honor this cycle, we return to our body, our power and our connection to the Earth that holds us.

This service supports you in rebuilding a relationship with your body by aligning each session with the phase of the cycle you’re currently in. Through this, you learn to understand your energy, emotions and needs in real time, experiencing the full depth of your inner seasons.

Together, we’ll cultivate trust in your body, support hormonal balance and learn how to work with your cycle, not against it.

Disclosure: This service is for women who are off hormonal birth control or exploring transitioning off of it, as synthetic hormones suppress and mask the natural shifts between phases, making true cycle syncing difficult while on contraceptives.

Inner Winter:
Menstrual Phase

Your inner winter is the sacred pause  — the end and beginning of your cyclical metamorphosis.

As your body sheds the uterine lining, energy naturally turns inward, inviting stillness, reflection and rest. Biologically, hormones are at their lowest, mirroring the quiet of winter and calling for deep repair.

This is a sacred time to release what no longer serves you, root deeply into self and reconnect to your inner wisdom through presence and surrender. Within this stillness, the veil thins, allowing access to clarity, intuition and a direct connection to truth.

Here, you remember that rest is not weakness, but the anchor of your power.

Inner Spring:
Follicular Phase

As winter melts into spring, the body and spirit begin to awaken — the great becoming.

Rising estrogen sparks creativity, motivation and a playful curiosity toward life. This is the caterpillar phase of metamorphosis, a time of possibility and expansion.

You’re invited to say “yes” to yourself, to new beginnings and to the joy of creation without pressure or perfection. Energy builds gently as feelings of hope and euphoria return.

In this phase, you nurture your ideas, honor your tenderness and celebrate your return to light, knowing that every rebirth begins with curiosity, courage and the willingness to grow.

Inner Summer:
Ovulatory Phase

Your inner summer is the height of activation — the cocoon stage where transformation is happening in real time.

Ovulation brings the peak of vitality, confidence and magnetism, as your body prepares for potential creation. Biologically, this is when estrogen and luteinizing hormone surge, supporting communication, connection, clarity and sensual energy.

Spiritually, it’s your most dynamic phase for expansion and expression. Just as the cocoon is the most active phase of metamorphosis, your energy is fully engaged, purpose-driven and alive.

Here, you are both the creator and the creation, daring to move boldly and authentically in alignment with what's to come.

Inner Autumn:
Luteal Phase

As summer fades into autumn, the body begins its inward descent — the monarch's migration home.

Progesterone rises and then gradually falls, mirroring nature's letting go just as trees release their leaves. This is the butterfly phase, a time for integration, discernment and preparation for completion. Sensitivity heightens, intuition deepens and your emotional landscape reveals what needs tending.

To accept life fully, we must accept the inevitability of death — the death of old patterns and outdated identities. Each month, the luteal phase asks you to remove what cannot move forward with you so that you may be reborn with greater clarity and purpose.

Here, you learn to trust your “no” as much as your “yes,” restoring balance between effort and ease. This phase invites you to hold yourself gently, honor your boundaries and release what no longer aligns with your evolution.

While PMS symptoms can surface the most in this phase, they are sacred signals of imbalanced hormones. When hormonally supported and honored, your inner fall becomes a season of wisdom, realignment and preparation for the renewal of winter.
